Football

Corey showed Charlie a video of a guy throwing a football into a trashcan. He insisted later that we go outside and he try the same thing. We found him a pail to use. 

Charlie's 4th Birthday Par-Tee

Zoo

Corey had to work late one night and I wasn't in the mood to entertain the boys by myself so we headed to the zoo. We were there for almost an hour then a daycare friend showed up. We walked around the zoo with them for another hour. 

Worms, Fishing, and Sand

We spent the weekend at Lake 11. Papa and Nana got a new boat and the fish were biting. We spent the whole time down by the lake and someone was fishing all the time.

Birthday Party

We celebrated Hudson's first birthday today. It was such a wonderful day. I picked colors as the theme. Here were some of the decorations:

Happy First Birthday Hudson!

At one-year-old, you have developed such a personality. You are very determined and get upset when you don't get what you want. Overall, you are very happy and cheerful. You love to eat anything! We have had some stomach issues off and on, so we have had to switch you to soy occasionally. You love to climb. Your favorite activity is going up and down the stairs. You can walk around furniture but no steps by yourself yet. You are a very fast crawler and people usually giggle when they see how fast you can go. Your favorite toys are cars, but tupperware, water bottles, and phone chargers are also favorites. You love your blanket. When we hand it to you, you automatically snuggle with it. We love you so much.
